True You, our confidential, comprehensive, personalized and interactive online tool, began being developed in 2010 by founder Chris LaNave with input from a diverse group of people.

As explained in our Lifeshops, our main belief is that an important part of the answers to who we are, how we fit in the world/life, what we have to offer, and how we access our true potential in relationships, work, education, health, and the rest of life, lies within our unique dreams, passions, gifts and talents, the Core Four as we call them.

True You takes you through a process designed to connect with who you Truly are at the deepest of levels. This is done through a series of unique and in-depth questions that elicit reflection and help you identify Your Core Four.

True You, the first of its kind, has many advantages, including but not limited to:

• It is designed for you to do on your own.
• You go at your own pace.
• It is a tool to use not a program to follow, so you can pick and choose what you want to learn about.
• There are no preset answers or predetermined outcomes because the answers all come from you.
• A place to journal and take notes about what you are feeling and thinking as you go through the True You process.
