What is True You™?

True You

True You, our confidential, comprehensive, personalized, and interactive online tool, was developed over a number of years by founder Chris LaNave (see Message from Founder) with input from a diverse group of people (see DA Team). Our main belief is that an important part of the answers to who we are, how we fit in the world/life, what we have to offer, and how we access our true potential in relationships, work, education, health, spiritual development and the rest of life, lies within our unique dreams, passions, gifts and talents, the Core Four as we call them.

True You provides knowledge about the Core Four, and how you can access and unlock your dreams, passions, gifts and talents (which operates as an internal positioning system ("IPS") including but not limited to definitons, differences, common myths and misconceptions about them, and their benefits and takes you through a process designed to connect with who you Truly are at the deepest of levels. This is done through a series of unique and in-depth questions related to your Core Four that elicit reflection and help you connect with and tap into your True self.

True You, the first of its kind, has many advantages, including but not limited to:

It is designed for you to do on your own.
You go at your own pace.
It is a tool to use not a program to follow, so you can pick and choose what you want to learn about.
There are no preset answers or predetermined outcomes because the answers all come from you.

There are four sections within True You:

YOUnique Part One is where you identify what your dreams, passions, gifts and talents are.
YOUnique Part Two helps you prioritize and make connections between your Core Four.
YOUnite aids you with putting your support team together.
YOUtilize helps you put it all together; incorporating what you have learned about yourself and what you want out of your life into your daily routine.

True You also provides a multitude of other content and features that will further assist and encourage you along your path, including but not limited to:

Identifying and elaborating on other important elements of life that can accelerate your process.
A place to journal and take notes about what you are feeling and thinking as you go through the True You process.

True You is designed to ensure that you have the knowledge and tools necessary to live the life you long for and desire.
