When we pursue our unique, incredible, unlimited potential, the natural results include, but are not limited to more joy, hope, energy, focus, increased self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth, kindness, compassion, gratitude, trust and more, clearer decision-making, healthier relationships, more fulfilling work, better educational experiences, improved health and more.

It is common for high school students (and everyone at some point in time) to wonder about the following or similar questions, 1) Who am I?, 2) What makes me unique?, 3) How do I thrive in life/the world?, 4) What do I have to offer?, 5) How do I access my potential?

An important part of pursuing our incredible, unlimited, potential and answering these questions involves 1) pursuing our dreams and passions and 2) using, expressing and developing our gifts and talents -the Core Four- which not only benefits the individual but benefits others.

Not everyone knows what their “Core Four” are, but the good news is, the answers are inside each of us! After more than 15 years of research, development and focus on how to help people accessing their potential, Discovery Avenue was created to assist people in identifying, connecting and pursuing their Core Four.





True You
A 100 + page confidential online tool which 1) provides education about dreams, passionsgifts and talents, 2) has an interactive process that assists a person to discover their own dreams, passions, gifts and talents, 3) has many features, including but not limited to audio reading of the pages, notes area, journal area, mobile friendly and 4) has much more. The Core Four framework acts as an internal positioning system (“IPS”) in making education, work, relationships and other decisions. Learn more about True You

Lifeshops
A 150+ slide PPT that goes through the definitions, differences, myths and misconceptions related to dreams, passions, gifts and talents, 2) has an interactive process that assists a person to discover their own dreams, passions, gifts and talents, the benefits in accessing them, an overview of True You and much more.

Support
Communication with Discovery Avenue to answer questions related to the content of True You (no advice on individual circumstances is given).

A common question
Q: When will a person experience the benefits of accessing Discovery Avenue’s Services?
A: Typically,

• at the first Lifeshop session - a person experiences more hope, joy, energy, excitement, focus and self-worth
• before the end of the final Lifeshop session - a person experiences increased self-confidence and self-esteem and sees more opportunities in life

that begins happening within a month or less of attending the Lifeshop and accessing True You as people start the process of identifying their Core Four.

Regarding other major benefits, including better educational experiences, healthier relationships and more sustainable hope, joy, energy, excitement, focus, increased self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem, that normally occurs within six months or less after attending the Lifeshop and accessing True You.
